Lorenzo was very professional, friendly, and respectful. Arrival on time, explained the process and left the carpets looking new!!! great cleaning products that had the carpets shining. I highly recommend his services. He is very responsive, reliable, and affordable. I would use again in the future.

I’m a resident of Ballinger Commons. Today, Lorenzo from your company came over to clean my carpets. He did a great job. Was punctual and polite. I would recommend him to anyone.

Very pleased with the professionalism and excellent communication skills of Shoreline Carpet Cleaning. We communicated by email and Lorenzo was very prompt with his replies. He showed up on time and was able to re-stretch our living room carpet back to near new condition.

After the full-house deep shampooing last weekend, I am just so pleased with the work of Shoreline Carpet Cleaning that brought our decades old wall-to-wall carpet back to life! They got rid of high traffic wear patterns and unwanted souvenirs from many pets. The old carpet, which I just wanted clean long enough to host some family visits this summer before replacing, looks and feels totally new again. Lorenzo and his son Jair arrived when expected, worked efficiently, and were friendly and conscientious throughout. Recommend wholeheartedly. We'll be calling them annually.

Shoreline was amazing. They came same day and cleaned a terrible mess left by a renter and his cat- imagine the worst! Within 2 hours the carpet and adjacent tile were spotless and smelled great. Highly recommend!

Lorenzo's service is Excellent. The Condominium where I live engaged Lorenzo to clean our hallways carpets. We have done this now for 2 years in a row. We are very pleased with his service. I had Lorenzo clean the carpets in my individual condo unit. Again, excellent quality and service !

Lorenzo was very professional and very personable! He did a great job cleaning our basement floor tiles, couch and runner. He stuck to the estimate he gave. He explained what the products would do that were used for our carpet and upholstery. I would use his service again! Thank you!

Best cleaning ever at a very fair price. Lorenzo does good work and is responsive to requests.

Just a shout out to anyone considering getting their carpet professionally cleaned. I'm a 75 year old living in the Shores for 70 years, I've hired quite a few carpet cleaning companies and by far Shoreline is the BEST. The owner Chad was well versed, polite and thorough, he moved our appliances, cleaned the carpets and put the appliances back, we gave him a 5 star rating but he deserves 10 stars. He went above and beyond what carpet cleaners usually do.He was VERY reasonably priced!!!!!!

We've used this company twice for carpet cleaning and would highly recommend them! They got us scheduled on short notice, did thorough and fast work, and are very reasonably priced.

Lorenzo did an excellent job of our carpets. Fairly priced, fast, flexible and friendly. We'll definitely be calling him when we next need carpet cleaning.

Definitely recommend, Lorenzo did a great carpet re-stretching and steam cleaning.

Can't recomment Lorenzo highly enough. He cleaned 9 areas, all for a very reasonable price, and was willing to come back a couple weeks later to address some problem spots that weren't originally addressed for free. He does great work, is timely in his responses, and truly takes care of the customer. He will have my business moving forward. Thanks!

Lorenzo did an amazing job cleaning our carpet. He’s fast and very professional. I was able to get same day appointment and he was right on time. If you’re looking for the best carpet cleaning company, look no further. Please reach out to him. I highly recommend Lorenzo. Thank you so much Lorenzo.

Lorenzo is the man! He has come to the rescue for our carpets so many times. He has the know how to get those stains out that otherwise wouldn’t be gotten. We were lucky enough to find Shoreline and have used Lorenzo for all of our carpet and rug needs since. Lorenzo is the only choice. He’s taken care of our house for years. You’d be lucky to have him taking care of yours!

Lorenzo did a professional job cleaning our carpet! He was on time, friendly and helpful.

Lorenzo did a couple carpet repair jobs for water damage and impressed me with his knowledge, helpfulness, and going way above and beyond to make sure my carpet was in the best shape!

Very friendly! Fast and amazing work. Thank you!!

This is the BEST carpet cleaner 100% anywhere in the Seattle area. I have used other companies in the past and have always had regret. Shoreline is now the ONLY carpet cleaning service I will use!

We're entirely satisfied and happy with the quality job that Lorenzo Flores did today. We needed to have the wall-to-wall carpeting cleaned in the high-traffic areas in our townhouse. Lorenzo did a spectacular job. All the stains are gone! The carpets look brand new! And, we think he gave us a good price. Also, Lorenzo is very personable. We enjoyed our conversations with him and appreciate his excellent professionalism. We highly recommend him.

Great job! They were even able to patch the carpet damage caused by a renter's cat! Highly recommended.

Lorenzo was very thorough and took his time to make sure the job was done well. His price was very reasonable and fair and he was a very nice guy as well. I will definitely be using him again.

Lorenzo did a thorough and timely carpet cleaning. Pleasant to have in my home cleaning, and left the carpet in excellent condition.

Lorenzo Flores is an owner/operator. He is flexible, easy to work with, and does excellent work for a fair price. I will definitely hire him again. Thank you Lorenzo! Carpets look great!

Great work, prompt and on time. Made the carpets look like new and were a great value! Will absolutely use them again!

The previous company I hired before the moving day stood me up the last minute, and I called around and found Shoreline Carpet Cleaning happened to have an opening that day. They are such a life saver and did an amazing job cleaning the old carpet in the apartment. I would definitely reach out to them first in the future when I need carpet cleaning services.

Excellent customer service and cleaning! I had very dirty carpets and Lorenzo was able to get all the stains out. I was seriously considering getting new carpets. Shoreline carpet cleaning saved me a ton!! Thank you

Great service, fast and efficient. They did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets very happy with this service, and they have good prices also, will definitely use again when needed.

I rarely write reviews, but based on my experience with Lorenzo for cleaning our carpets, I'm compelled to leave a review. His services has been the best of all carpet cleaning companies I have used, and his prices very reasonable. He is very personable and professional in his approach to running his business. I am extremely happy to have found him.

Lorenzo was incredibly quick, and made our home carpets cleaner than I think they've ever been. When I called and asked for availability I was asked to choose between right now or next week, so I went with right now.I only needed the third floor of a 3-story townhome cleaned, and Lorenzo was up-front and very fair with pricing. When Lorenzo showed up he put protectors on all corners to protect the house from the long hose. The cleaning is done with 260-degree water that gets pumped out of his van, and it dried completely in about 4 hours. Lorenzo was also very respectful of our furniture and worked around all the corners he could.I don't get my carpets professionally cleaned often, but it was nice how easy and effective my experience was. I highly recommend if you need your carpets cleaned.

Lorenzo and his crew go above and beyond. They arrive on time and work quickly and quietly. I barely noticed they were here. Carpets came out amazing! No more cat smell! Highly recommend.

Lorenzo is amazing. He will come consistently on time and any day you need him. He's done my carpets 4 times now and he always makes them so clean and they smell so good. Very fair on price. Nice guy too.

Lorenzo did an amazing job cleaning our carpets, which needed it desperately after 10 years of wear. They are now almost good as new, saving me loads of money versus replacement. He also stretched the carpet in our master bedroom to remove some ridges. Lorenzo was prompt, efficient, and professional, and I would not hesitate to hire him again!

A friend recommended this company so I decided to have them clean our carpets. I run a home business and we have a dog so our carpets get very dirty. They were on time and did a fantastic job. My whole house smelled fresh and clean after they finished. There were many stains that he removed and didn't charge me extra for. He charges a like a 'Flat rate' so you know exactly what you will pay. Previous carpet cleaning companies added a charge for each stain. He was friendly and down to earth yet he was very professional. We have 2 stories, 4 bedrooms, large office, living room and a loft. The floors dried in less that 7 hours so I was able to put my house back together in time for a gathering the next day. Thank you Shoreline Janitorial and Carpet Cleaning. I will use them again.
